My Deals is now a full pipeline tracker. 

Every deal now moves through five clear stages: Watchlist, Initial Diligence, Engaging with Seller, Offers & Negotiations, and Diligence & Closing. View your pipeline as a list or a board, whichever fits how you work, and drag deals forward as they progress.

No conversation slips through the cracks, either. "New message" badges flag which deals are waiting on your reply, and one click takes you straight to the conversation. Say goodbye to digging through your inbox to find the thread.

And because deals don't wait for you to be at your desk, the full pipeline experience works on mobile, too.

Meet Elena, your AI analyst on every listing

Every for-sale listing now has Elena built right into the help panel: an AI analyst who answers your questions instantly from everything the listing contains. 

Ask about the asking price, revenue and margins, location, SBA eligibility, employee count, the owner's day-to-day and hours, why they're selling, lease terms, and more, and Elena pulls the answer from the listing profile, financials, the owner's walkthrough, and the advisor's curated FAQs. When a question really needs a person (pricing, financing, or negotiation) she hands you straight to the deal's advisor.

Everything for a listing, on one page

We've redesigned the listing page to bring everything you need into one place.

The Data Room, FAQ, and your messages with the seller are now tabs right on the page instead of scattered across separate ones. The sidebar lays out your next steps. Ask a question, meet the seller, submit an informal offer, or submit a formal LOI with "Submitted" badges showing what's done and what's left. 

Plus, you can switch between tabs without losing your spot or your conversation with Elena.
